The hotel provided great customer service, had adequate yet small rooms with useful amenities like a small fridge and ample counter space. It was very clean throughout. My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were very nice, with a lovely little deck overlooking the courtyard with beautiful flowers in bloom. The pools were great for a relaxing time, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was awesome and took great care of us. The location was great, as it was central to everything we needed to do that weekend, quick and easy to access all the area attractions, and quiet enough to rest when needed. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a grab-and-go breakfast heavy on carbs and microwaved options, but there were fresh salads available. Overall, a positive experience with a few minor drawbacks.
